Dave Fecak is the founder/principal of Résumé Raiders and has over 20 years of experience in recruiting, mostly for tech startups in Philadelphia and New York City. Over his career he has written and edited thousands of resumes and consulted to job seekers around the world representing a wide range of industries and experience levels.

His advice and writings on career topics have been republished and/or referenced by several websites and publications including The Washington Post, Fast Company, The Muse, Lifehacker, CBS MoneyWatch, The Wall Street Journal Online, and IT World. He self-published an ebook Job Tips For Geeks: The Job Search in 2013 and was the sole author and maintainer of the JobTipsForGeeks blog for several years.

Dave is active in several online communities including Reddit and Hacker News, and also served as founder and president of a large Philadelphia technology user group for 15 years. He lives on the north shore of Long Island (New York) with his wife, two daughters, and two dogs.
